This project focuses on the redevelopment of a home in Zunderdorp. The design features a compact, family-oriented house of 128.5 m² spread over two levels, with a practical and flexible layout that can adapt to changing family needs.

Careful attention has been given to the surrounding village character, blending contemporary and traditional architectural elements. The result is a sustainable and comfortable home, thoughtfully integrated into its environment, with a strong focus on materials, light, and spatial quality.

The proposal replaces the existing building with a new design that respects the history of the site while creating space for modern living and future improvements, tailored to the needs of its residents.
