Upon completion, the ground floor of the Edam Cheese Museum will serve as a museum for one of the largest cheese manufacturers in the Netherlands. The first floor will be fully renovated and turned into separate short-stay apartments. For this, two adjacent buildings will be connected, one a monument and one an old delicatessen.
